In-App Purchases

By purchasing an item in Transit Works' games, you understand and agree that:

• All purchases are processed securely through the platform you are using.
• Purchased items are licensed to your account and are not real-world property.
• Virtual items and currency cannot be exchanged for real money.
• Purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by the platform's refund policy or local law.
• Prices and available items may change at any time.
• If your account is suspended or banned for violating these Terms, you may lose access to purchased content without refund where permitted by law.
• Attempting to exploit, duplicate, chargeback, or fraudulently obtain purchases may result in suspension or permanent bans.
